The scheduled network is run by Forever Transit, Horizon Group, Cityscape Bus and Roblox Express Bus Company. Forever Transit Central Connect is Forever Transit's Zone 4 brand, not a fifth franchise. Sunshine Express was the original Zone 4 operator and left the spawn list in June 2024. Company pages are in Operators. A few vehicle rules that change how you drive are in Buses and equipment.

Public owner cards do not all agree. An older operator card names yeung4333 for Horizon, while later community pages name kmb5 and a January 2026 acquisition by S&T Holdings. Cityscape cards have used both GS1909 and GS9019. Drive the livery and the route allocation in the client. The username does not change the duty.
Version 2 removed the old group-only buses. You do not join an operator group to drive a standard vehicle.
What every registered bus is supposed to have
The Islands standard is why the cabs feel similar even when the body does not:
- Working automated announcements and turn signals.
- A driver tablet.
- Working exterior and interior lights.
- A working wheelchair ramp and kneel on low-floor buses.
- No real-world manufacturer or company logos. Version 1 badges were stripped and replaced with fictional nameplates.

For the first week, a single-door single-decker such as the Enviro200 removes rear-door timing. Nobody boards until everyone has alighted. A two-door double-decker lets you open L for alighting, but boarding is still front-door only.
If a wheelchair user is waiting, J deploys the ramp and kneeling is a separate control. High-floor coaches, including the CSB Scania K360IB and the FT MAN RR8, cannot load them.
A June 2024 startup video shows master-switch and engine sequences model by model, including fleets that were later withdrawn. Use it for the order of switches, then confirm the model still exists in your garage. The Volvo B9TL in that chapter list was removed after a model-rights issue. Comments on that video record the removal.
Destination displays
LED displays on Sunshine Islands Bus, Forever Transit, Central Connect and REBC can be typed for any Islands route, because other companies' routes are absent from their tablet lists. Cityscape and Horizon only list their own franchise routes. A foreign code shows the logo.
Catch the display in three parts when you are checking you selected the right duty: route number, terminus in English and Chinese, and the company colour box. Staff shuttles hide the C prefix on the Cityscape display, so the blind can look like an ordinary number.
The May 2026 client notes include a fix for the Forever Transit RR8 (V3852, 30 April 2026) and a horn that carries further (V3854, 5 May 2026). If an RR8 behaves oddly, check you are not on a build from before that fix.
